Payment and Refunds

All payments for coaching or consultation services must be received in full before any services can commence. Please note that there are no entitlements to refunds under our policy.

No Refund Policy

Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.

Adjustment Option

In the event that a student is unable to avail themselves of the services within 3 months from the date of payment due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer an adjustment option. Under this policy, the paid fee may be adjusted against the fee of another student’s service within the 3-month period only.

Expiration of Adjustment Option

After the 3-month period, the paid fee can no longer be adjusted or refunded. No exceptions will be made past this period.
